A support agent on your website who has already read your site.
Chat on Page reads your website, knows your locations and opening hours and guides visitors to the right answer with buttons. If it gets too difficult, it e-mails the question with a suggested answer to a colleague.
Answers in Dutch, French, English, German and Spanish. One line of code on your site, no payment details needed.
This is the real bot. Ask it a question about Chat on Page.
Why you want this on your site
More visitors helped, less work for your team.
An answer day and night
Even in the evenings and at weekends, visitors get an immediate answer instead of waiting for an email or for opening hours.
More requests and leads
Asking a question in the chat is easier than calling or filling out a form. If the bot can’t proceed, the right colleague receives the question with the name, email address, the conversation and a suggested answer.
Fewer calls and emails
The bot itself answers recurring questions about opening hours, prices, delivery or sign-ups. This leaves you more time for what truly needs attention.
Even deep within the site
Visitors don’t need to search or click through: the bot finds terms, prices and step-by-step plans, even if they’re three clicks deep or in a PDF.
More visitors who stay
Those who get an immediate answer don’t drop off or look elsewhere at a competitor. Visitors stay longer and more often proceed to a request or purchase.
Also for webshops
The bot searches for products by type, brand or feature and provides the link. With the WooCommerce or PrestaShop plugin, it also answers questions about order status.
What the bot can do
Made for companies with complex services, multiple locations, departments or services, where the right answer depends on who is asking.
To the right answer in three clicks
Many questions have no answer without context: enrolling where, prices for which service, hours of which location. The bot asks those questions first, briefly and with buttons, and then answers precisely.
- The decision trees are derived from your website. You edit them in a diagram, or create new ones yourself.
- Visitor doesn't know which location? A municipality or postcode is enough and the bot suggests the nearest one, with the distance.
Hours and closing days without maintenance
The bot takes locations and hours from your website and checks those pages every few hours. So a new closing day on your site is also a new closing day in the chat. You see every change in the portal and choose whether it goes through immediately.
- Each location gets a type, for example head office, shop, warehouse or pick-up point, so the bot knows where a visitor can go for what.

Your product catalogue, searchable in the chat
The bot recognises your product pages and searches, filters and compares your products in the conversation. No export or integration needed: what’s on your site is in the list.
- Works with Magento, WooCommerce, Shopify and any site that shows product data.
- Filtering on features, such as resolution, size or material.
- No price on your site? Then the bot refers to a quote or a colleague.
Your team takes over where it matters
If a visitor asks for a human or the bot doesn’t know the answer, it connects them to an available colleague in the same chat. Your colleague sees what’s already been said and continues; afterwards, the bot takes over again.
- The call goes to the colleague with the right specialisation and language.
- Translate in both directions: your colleague types in their own language.
- No one available? The question will be sent by email, with a suggested reply.
Hi, I’m An. I see your question about invoice 2026-118: I’ll create a credit note right away.
Your team already answered it. Now the bot knows it too.
Read your resolved support emails or helpdesk tickets (Zoho Desk, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Trengo or Gorgias). Chat on Page removes personal data and turns them into knowledge articles for you to review and publish.
- Names, addresses, numbers and personal links are removed.
- A dedicated help centre with search, your logo and chat, also on your own domain.
- The bot links to the article that provides the answer.
Dear Jan, how much does shipping to the Netherlands cost? My order #48213 hasn't been dispatched yet.
€6.95, free from €75. Ordered before 3 PM? Your package ships the same day.
Know what your visitors are asking about
Every two weeks, you get an insight per bot into the conversations: what most questions are about, which questions the bot couldn’t answer, and what stands out in terms of timing and trends.
- Unanswered questions, grouped by topic, with one click to create an FAQ.
- When visitors ask questions, even outside your opening hours.
- Which choices they make and where they drop off.
And also, in every plan

Dutch, French, English, German and Spanish. The bot follows the visitor's language; you translate the widget's texts with one click.

The answers come from Mistral, a European AI company. Conversations are anonymised after a configurable period.
Your house style, automatically
Colours, font and icon are taken from your site. Prefer to choose them yourself? You can do that too.
Try it first
In the portal you test the bot before it goes on your site, with insight into which pages it used. A shareable preview link for colleagues is included.
E-mail the conversation
Visitors can e-mail the conversation to themselves. Handy for addresses, hours or step-by-step instructions.

How it works
No training sessions, no uploading documents. Your website is the manual.
-
You enter your web address
All pages are read and then automatically kept up to date. New pages are included immediately, or only after your approval.
-
The bot organises what it reads
Locations, opening hours, closing days and products are recognised and stored separately so the bot displays them accurately. In the playground, you test it before it goes live.
-
Paste one line of code and publish
One line of code works on any website; for WordPress, PrestaShop and Google Tag Manager, there’s a plugin. The chat button automatically adopts your site’s colours.
Frequently asked questions
What if the bot doesn't know the answer?
Then it says so honestly and connects the visitor to a colleague who is online, or has a colleague get in touch by email. It never makes anything up: answers only come from your own pages and location details.
Does this work on my website?
Yes. It is one line of code that you place just before the end of the page, in any system that allows scripts: WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Webflow or custom-built.
Can I control what the bot says?
In three ways: a persona and fixed rules, answer rules for specific question types, and choice flows with buttons. In the portal you can see which pages the bot used for each answer.
What happens to visitors' data?
Conversations are stored in your own account and are anonymised after a configurable period. Name and e-mail are only requested for a handoff or if the visitor wants the conversation e-mailed. The AI models are from Mistral, a European company.
Does this also work for a web shop?
Yes. The bot recognises product pages by itself and keeps a product list with brand, category, price and features. Visitors ask for a type, a brand or a feature, and the bot finds the matching products with a link. If your robots.txt blocks part of your catalogue, we ask whether we may ignore it for your site.
How much work is the installation?
A quarter of an hour. You enter your website, we read it, you review the locations found and try out the bot. Then you place the code on your site.
