Field knowledge
Many answers aren’t on your website but in your inbox or ticket system. Chat on Page reads the answered tickets, removes the personal data and turns them into knowledge articles. The bot uses them right away, and your customers find them in their own help centre.

Works with
Connect your support mailbox or helpdesk, or upload an export. Spam, newsletters, automatic replies and unanswered questions are filtered out immediately.
Personal data is removed. The AI keeps only questions relevant to other customers and combines similar questions into one article.
You review each article and publish it. The bot knows the answer immediately and links to the article in your help centre.
Connect Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com with read-only access, another mailbox via IMAP (Gmail with an app password), or your helpdesk (Zoho Desk, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Trengo or Gorgias), or upload an export (.mbox, .eml or CSV). New tickets are added automatically every day.
Names, addresses, numbers and personal links are removed, both before and after the AI. The original tickets are not stored. The AI is European (Mistral).
Ten identical questions become one article, with the steps and conditions from your team’s answers. If answers contradict each other, you’ll see that immediately.
The articles appear in a dedicated help centre with your logo and colours, organised by topic, with search and chat on every page. On chatonpage.com or on your own domain.
If the bot answers a question with an article, the link appears below. This lets your customer read more in the help centre.
New tickets on a published topic? You’ll receive a change proposal, which you can accept or reject.
Emails from your support mailbox: connect Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com with a few clicks and read-only access, other mailboxes via IMAP (Gmail with an app password). Also, resolved tickets from your helpdesk (Zoho Desk, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Trengo or Gorgias), or a file: a mailbox export (.mbox or .eml in a .zip) or a CSV with a question column and an answer column.
Names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, account numbers, order and customer numbers, and links to personal orders, invoices or accounts are removed before the AI reads the text, and checked again afterwards. The original text is not stored: only the anonymised question and answer remain.
No, by default: you review each proposed article, edit it if you wish, and publish it. If you want it to happen automatically, enable auto-publish. Articles with conflicting answers or requiring review always wait for you.
Imported tickets count once towards your plan’s page limit for one month after import. Published articles count as pages, just like your website pages.
Yes. Without a public help centre, only the bot uses the articles and does not display a link. With a help centre, the bot links to the article on chatonpage.com or on your own domain, such as help.yourcompany.co.uk.
